For $3,000 + GST you receive the full information pack on your selected property — detailed numbers, comparable performance and competitor analysis — and you are introduced to the licensed real estate agent for the property. The exact address is disclosed at this stage, never before.
3 · Opportunity pack and launch
When you choose to proceed, a property-specific opportunity pack sets out the engineered revenue pathway. Acquisition documentation is completed with the licensed agent, then the property is set up and launched for short-term letting.
