You keep a conventional long-term lease with a vetted lease holder, and nothing operates without landlord permission secured in writing. Your property is never listed publicly with its address.

Your tenant signs a standard long-term residential lease at an agreed market rent. Short-term letting happens under that lease, only because you have agreed to it in writing.

Lease holders are clients who have been through our engagement process, received market research, and committed to operating professionally under the permissions you set.

Written landlord, agent and lease permissions are completed and retained before any short-term letting begins. Your consent, your conditions, documented.

How consent works

  1. You or your agent tell us your property may suit short-term letting under a long-term lease, and the conditions you require.
  2. We research the surrounding market and, if the numbers support it, match the property with a vetted client looking in your area.
  3. A licensed real estate agent handles the leasing process with you directly, under their own licence. Written landlord, agent and lease permissions are completed and retained before operation.
  4. Your address is never published on this website. Listings show only the submarket, never the street.
